Shipping:
We currently ship all products via USPS (United States Postal Services). Depending on the weight of your order/shipment, your package will arrive by either First Class Mail, Parcel Post or International Priority.
Policy:
We will process and ship your purchase within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. In in most cases, we try to process and ship orders the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following 1-2 business days. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped. You can also check your order status online anytime by clicking my account and then order history.
Order Status:
Pending - Your order has been submitted and is waiting to be Processed.
Processing - Your Credit Card has been charged and your order is being packed for delivery.
Shipped - Your order is in the mail and you should receive it in a few days.
All orders will be sent using USPS.
Returns:
If you wish to return any item or package, you must first contact Save2ndBase.com at (610) 355-2488 or by email at supportawareness@save2ndbase.com to receive an authorization code.
